Have a different plan? Many insurances offer out-of-network benefits that may cover your appointments with Dr. Franks. Call your insurance and ask about your out-of-network benefits, and we can give you a superbill to submit for reimbursement.

• Please call your insurance to check your coverage before your visit. We’ll confirm your insurance is active when you come in.
• You can use your HSA or FSA for your appointments with Dr. Franks and for anything she recommends.
• Laser hair removal may qualify for HSA or FSA use when it treats a medical condition, such as PCOS, a chronic skin condition, chronic infection or scarring from razors.
